This role involves conducting online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups, focusing on recruitment workflows and communication skills. The position requires designing, summarizing, and enhancing learning materials based on feedback and performance. Additionally, the role includes processing training evaluations to track success and simplifying complex recruitment SOPs into clear, concise documents. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of training experience, and proficiency in online learning platforms and instructional design tools.

Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups.

Design, summarize, and continuously enhance learning materials based on feedback and recruiters’ performance.

Process training evaluation and track their performance after training to measure success.

Simplify complex recruitment SOPs into clear, concise, user-friendly and up-to-date documents.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

3-5 years experience in Training.

Proficiency in online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), modern instructional design tools, and recruitment sourcing tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable managing and training large groups online.

Growth-oriented mindset, open-minded and adaptable.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Flexible to work onsite at assigned locations when needed.
