Recruitment Training - Contract (SPX Express) - Operations - Shopee

SPX Express (Shopee) is hiring a Recruitment Training specialist on a contract basis within its Operations team in Bangkok. The role conducts online onboarding and training sessions for large groups of new hires, covering recruitment workflows and communication skills so they can start working quickly and effectively.

Duties include managing training schedules and recruitment registration, preparing and updating training materials, slides, and interactive content for online classes, and coordinating with relevant teams to set up online sessions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in any field, 0-1 year of training experience, and proficiency with online learning platforms and instructional design tools.

Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups

Train recruitment workflows and communication skills

Manage training schedules and handle recruitment registration

Prepare and update training materials, slides, and interactive content for online classes

Coordinate with the relevant team to set up online sessions for smooth operations

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field

0-1 year experience in Training; background in Recruitment or HR Training is a plus

Proficiency in online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), modern instructional design tools, and recruitment sourcing tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable managing and training large groups online

Growth-oriented, open-minded, adaptable, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and flexible to work onsite at assigned locations when needed
