Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization - Agoda

This role is part of the Performance Marketing Team, a data-driven department focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to improve customer lifetime value. The Analyst will work on experimentation and optimization, analyzing vast amounts of data generated by experiments to develop predictive models. Responsibilities include building dashboards to track performance, deriving insights, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders. The position requires liaising with product teams to implement roadmap changes.

Experiment with pricing strategies on different traffic and segments

Analyze vast amounts of data generated by experiments

Develop predictive models using data science techniques

Liaise with product teams on implementation roadmap

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject

Ability to communicate fluently in English

2+ years’ experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company

Exposure to data analysis packages or databases (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL)

Good numerical reasoning skills

Proficiency in Excel

Intellectual curiosity

Experience in digital marketing
