Stock Count Operations Specialist

This role focuses on executing daily stock count operations to ensure accurate inventory management and support business continuity. You will be responsible for managing goods receiving, delivery, and storage processes while maintaining precise stock records. The position requires strong coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with company policies and operational goals. You will also contribute to data analysis for budget planning and performance improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.

• Execute daily stock count operations including goods receiving, delivery, and storage
• Manage stock levels and coordinate cycle counting schedules to ensure accuracy
• Record and generate stock reports to support operational decision-making
• Coordinate with related teams to clarify processes, standards, and expectations
• Analyze stock data to support annual budget planning and operational improvements
• Assist in creating summary reports to evaluate and enhance staff performance

• Vocational degree or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse management, and stock control principles
• Excellent time management skills to meet daily operational targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
• Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
