Inventory Manager (Wang Noi) - ช้อปปี้

This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing Cross-border operations performance to drive improvements. The manager oversees inventory and warehouse management, including creating work standards, control procedures, and receiving/issuing processes. Key duties involve analyzing and troubleshooting inventory issues, reporting to management, ensuring 100% cycle counts and stock takes, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for put-away and pick orders, optimizing warehouse space, handling product returns, and supervising subordinates.

Monitor and analyze overall operation's performance for Cross-border operations

Manage Inventory and Warehouse including creating work standards and control procedures

Analyze and troubleshoot inventory and warehouse problems

Periodically report inventory to Management level

Ensure cycle count and stock take meet company policy

Ensure put-away activity meets Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Ensure pick orders are on time and meet expectations

Ensure full utilization of Warehouse space

Handle product return activity

Supervise, coach, and evaluate subordinates

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field

At least 3 years’ experience in Warehouse, Logistic Management or related experiences in Inventory

Knowledge of Warehouse management and Inventory Control

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under tight time deadlines

Be able to communicate in English

Able to work on shift and day-off when required

Able to work at Shopee Warehouse (Wang Noi)
