Technology & Transformation Consultant

You will provide end-to-end advisory services by overlaying industry insights and research analyses to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions that address client business needs. You will manage the assessment and business requirements gathering processes, review functional specifications against problem statements, and support solutions prototyping and architecture redesign. You will engage with clients through discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology solutions and perform work product walkthroughs. You will develop trusted relationships with clients and gain recognition for technical and advisory capabilities. Additionally, you will provide quality assurance to ensure timely delivery of work products and actively coach project teams to maintain operational excellence. You will meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and collaborate with senior team members to develop responses to client enquiries and formulate proposals.

• Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay industry insights onto research and analyses to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions
• Manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes, reviewing functional specifications against problem statements
• Support solutions prototyping and architecture redesign by applying industry insights and technical know-how
• Engage with clients in discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions
• Perform walkthroughs of work products and deliverables with clients
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain recognition for technical and advisory capabilities
• Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products
• Actively coach project teams during project execution and support senior team members
• Meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and develop responses to client enquiries

• Bachelor's degree with honors, preferably postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management consulting and IT implementation
• Involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment/release, and data migration
• Experience with Cloud Implementation, including Cloud Business Case, Cloud Design, Cloud Architecture, and Cloud Operating Mode
• Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities and be self-motivated
• Proven business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
• Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel both locally and abroad
