The role leads technology delivery and consulting engagements for Capco, a global technology and management consultancy focused on financial services. Responsibilities include leading development and scrum teams, technical design and architecture, delivery risk management, recruitment, capability building, client collaboration, and identifying innovation opportunities. The position initially focuses on Thailand with a planned expansion into APAC.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and 8–12 years of professional experience leading management consulting for banking or insurance companies. The posting also requires expertise in digital transformation, solution development and selling, business development, financial services industry challenges, modern cloud-based architecture, continuous delivery, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Lead multiple development and scrum teams delivering technical roadmaps using best practices.
• Lead technical design, architecture, and solutions with leads in the working stream.
• Manage delivery risks, expectations, project bottlenecks, timelines, deliverables, and progress metrics.
• Help establish recruitment processes and evaluate Capco’s technology capabilities, skill gaps, and development roadmap.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive delivery and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience with leading management consultancies serving banking or insurance companies.
• Experience developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs.
• Strong technology consulting expertise across solution development, solution selling, and business development.
• Deep understanding of banking, financial services, or insurance challenges, modern cloud-based architecture, continuous delivery, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to communicate a clear vision and opinions; track record of building successful teams; trusted relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
