T&T Graduate Analyst - SAP - TH

This graduate analyst role supports Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Enterprise Technology and Performance team in delivering business transformation and SAP operations and maintenance services. Duties include client workshops, requirements analysis, SAP solution design, configuration and testing, interface specifications, and implementation support.

The role also involves guiding consultant and client teams through testing, data migration, and cutover, while supporting change management through training materials, training delivery, and post-cutover user support. Deloitte seeks fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience, strong academics in relevant disciplines, effective communication and teamwork, problem-solving ability, and fluent written and verbal English. Prior SAP experience is advantageous.

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.

Advise clients on leading practices and SAP-recommended processes and functions.

Design target-state SAP solutions and analyze application landscapes to design interfaces.

Perform SAP configuration, testing, and development of specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.

Lead consultant and client teams through testing, migration, and cutover, and support change management and post-cutover user support.

Fresh graduate with 0–2 years of work experience.

Strong academic performance in Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and demonstrated leadership.

Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and creative thinking.

Fluent verbal and written English.
