Operations Automation Analyst - AIA Group Ltd

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Automation Analyst to optimize our business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing automated solutions to streamline operations. This role requires a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable changes. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope

• Train staff on new processes and tools to ensure successful adoption

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis or process improvement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design tools
• Experience with automation platforms and RPA tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
