Senior Data Analyst (Shopee) - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics - Shopee

This role focuses on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics within Shopee's Fulfillment business. The Senior Data Analyst will lead end-to-end data mapping to link warehouse inventory with marketplace products, ensuring real-time visibility. Key duties include designing automated dashboards, executing SQL optimizations, and developing predictive models for demand forecasting. The position also involves building automated billing systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue capture and cost efficiency.

Lead end-to-end data mapping operations linking warehouse inventory with marketplace products

Design and automate dashboards and tailored reporting to track seller adoption

Execute complex SQL optimizations and manage sophisticated data architectures

Translate operational data into actionable insights for warehouse cost efficiency

Develop predictive models and demand forecasts for Shopee fulfillment business

Build end-to-end automated fee-collection and billing data systems

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover reporting bottlenecks

Maintain rigorous data quality control ensuring accuracy and integrity

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly analytical business discipline

2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or supply chain analytics

Strong hands-on experience designing, automating, and maintaining advanced dashboards using BI visualization tools

Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset

Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management skills

Self-starter capable of taking independent ownership of projects

Highly detail-oriented with a strict focus on data integrity, security, and accuracy

Experience within e-commerce, fulfillment, or retail operations
