Senior Data Analyst, Fulfilled Business (Shopee) - ช้อปปี้

This role focuses on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics for the Shopee Fulfilment business. The Senior Data Analyst will execute complex SQL optimizations and manage data architectures to analyze operational metrics securely. They will translate data into actionable insights to maximize warehouse cost efficiency and streamline seller processes. Additionally, the role involves developing predictive models for demand forecasting and building automated fee-collection systems to ensure billing accuracy and revenue capture.

Execute complex SQL optimizations and manage sophisticated data architectures to extract, transform and analyze strategically sensitive operational metrics securely and efficiently.

Translate complex operational data into actionable insights to maximize warehouse cost efficiency and streamline seller processes.

Develop predictive models and demand forecasts for the Shopee fulfillment business (FBS, SBS and SCS).

Build end-to-end automated fee-collection and billing data systems to track, calculate and monetize Shopee Fulfilment services (FBS,SBS and SCS).

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover reporting bottlenecks and define key metrics.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly analytical business discipline.

2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or supply chain analytics, ideally within e-commerce, fulfillment, or retail operations.

Strong hands-on experience designing, automating, and maintaining advanced dashboards using BI visualization tools (e.g.,Looker Studio, Google App Script) and advanced Excel.

Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, capable of translating complex operational metrics into clear, revenue-driving, and cost-saving recommendations.

Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity to communicate technical insights confidently to non-technical cross-functional teams.

Self-starter capable of taking immediate, independent ownership of projects and thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Highly detail-oriented with a strict focus on data integrity, security, and absolute accuracy.
