Regional Protective Services Manager ASEAN - แอคเซนเจอร์

You will lead and manage a team of security professionals across the ASEAN region to ensure the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the execution of protective services. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to align security protocols with business objectives and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to crisis management and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Lead and mentor a regional team of security managers and protective services staff
• Develop and implement strategic security plans and operational procedures for the ASEAN region
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Oversee the deployment of security resources and ensure the effective execution of protective measures
• Manage crisis situations and emergency response protocols to minimize risk and ensure business continuity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• Extensive experience in protective services, security management, or a related role
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex security operations
• Strong understanding of regional security dynamics and risk management principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable

• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry
• Fluency in multiple ASEAN languages
• Advanced knowledge of security technology and surveillance systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
