Senior IT Project Manager - DHL Thailand

You will lead and manage complex IT projects within the DHL Group, ensuring successful delivery across various business units. Your role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, and driving initiatives that align with strategic business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder communication to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable project plans. You will implement and monitor project methodologies to ensure quality and adherence to timelines. Additionally, you will mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with DHL Group standards, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
