Senior People Effectiveness Consultant (Bangkok-based) - Agoda

This role is based in Bangkok and involves partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to analyze talent needs and support effective people decisions. The consultant will contribute to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design. The position requires using data to identify talent patterns and risks, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and developing practical guidance for talent processes.

Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand business needs and support talent priorities

Drive the ongoing performance management process by coordinating key activities and supporting managers

Use people and business data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities

Prepare and share analysis on talent priorities, including pipelines, succession considerations, and performance outcomes

Support the design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools

Facilitate talent and performance discussions with HRBPs and business leaders

Strong project management experience with proven ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and dynamics

Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to business stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to support the development, implementation, and coordination of multiple initiatives

Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations
