Operations Manager - Shopee

This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and process optimization. You will monitor key performance indicators and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and risks. The position involves developing automated dashboards and reports to support strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to resolve business issues and support digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-backed improvements to boost productivity.

• Monitor operational KPIs and team performance to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to support business decision-making
• Support KPI setup, target tracking, and performance reviews across the Operations team
• Investigate operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations for corrective and preventive actions
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and optimize workflows
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements based on data insights
• Support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Product, BI, and other stakeholders to provide analytical support
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop business insights to support management and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
• More than 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Project Management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Experience with KPI management, dashboard development, and performance reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate reporting, and generate business insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in both Thai and English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with large-scale data visualization platforms
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics operations
