Tenant Relation Professional 1 - Central Pattana

This role involves managing tenant relationships to support retail revenue, profitability, and operations. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for retailers, providing operational advice, and analyzing tenant satisfaction surveys. The position requires coordinating with the tenant relation team to ensure effective support and alignment with business goals.

Liaise with tenants to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management

Build and maintain closer relationship between tenants and tenant relation team to ensure effective relation and support business goals

Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services, and support business operations effectively

Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services to ensure and support effective operations and create alignment

Analyze tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience

Have understanding in business administration and property management

Have good communication skills

Have good human relations

Have good computer skills

Be able to coordinate
