Maintenance Technician - Central Pattana

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure systems within the facility to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for the upkeep of power systems, including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units. The position requires managing operational costs for utilities and maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance activities. You will also coordinate with various teams to ensure equipment readiness and support the facility's daily functions effectively.

• Maintain and repair power systems including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage utility operating costs such as water, electricity, and gas expenses to align with budgetary plans.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to power system maintenance activities.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition and ready for use according to service terms.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to support effective machine and equipment maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in power system maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in maintaining electrical systems, water supply systems, and air-conditioning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, patient, and thorough in work execution.
• Proven track record of being responsible, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality service.

• Experience with facility management software or asset tracking systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
