Maintenance Technician

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure systems within the facility to ensure seamless operations. The technician will oversee the upkeep of power systems, including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units, while managing the operational costs associated with these resources. Additionally, the position involves maintaining equipment inventory, preparing tools for use, and ensuring all machinery remains in optimal working condition through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

• Maintain and repair power systems including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage and control operating costs for water, electricity, and gas resources to meet budgetary targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding system maintenance and resource usage.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are serviced according to terms and conditions and ready for immediate use.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support effective maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in maintaining electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail and patience.
• Proven track record of being responsible and enthusiastic about maintenance tasks.
