Commercial Leasing Agent - Central Pattana

This role focuses on managing leasing operations for a defined market segment. You will research and identify suitable tenants by analyzing their needs and economic viability. • Control researching and determining the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Manage presenting and advertising available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Monitor and provide detailed information on all aspects of properties, including expansion, zoning, and crime rates
• Participate in negotiating leasing terms and conditions to close deals effectively
• Control rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
• Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
• Control making reports to summarize overall leasing performance and propose improvements
• Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve team performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of team management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
