Analyze rental application data and personal references to ensure smooth leasing processes. Liaise with tenants and internal functions to support ongoing operations. Prepare reports to summarize leasing activities and propose performance improvements. Stay updated on property market trends to enhance team performance.

• Direct leasing strategies to research and determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Monitor the presentation and advertising of available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Provide comprehensive information on property aspects including expansion, zoning, and crime statistics to support tenants
• Participate in negotiating leasing terms and conditions to close deals effectively
• Monitor and examine rental application data and personal references to ensure effective leasing completion
• Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
• Monitor and prepare reports summarizing overall leasing activities to propose performance improvements
• Stay updated on property market status to apply insights into leasing operations and improve team performance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of team management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Leadership experience in retail or commercial property management
• Proven track record in tenant acquisition and retention
• Strong analytical skills for market research and reporting
