F&B Service Operation Specialist - Central Pattana

This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various dining venues and banquet events. The position requires a dedicated individual to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for preparing service areas, managing kitchen equipment, and maintaining service standards to meet organizational goals.

Key duties include providing direct service to guests in restaurants and banquets, monitoring the condition of kitchenware and utensils, and preparing event locations to support effective operations. The role also involves reporting on service performance to supervisors and performing additional tasks as assigned to support the overall team.

• Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customers' needs and satisfaction
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment to maintain good quality and readiness for use
• Prepare locations to facilitate holding banquets and support operations effectively
• Make reports to summarize overall food and beverage service operations for supervisor review
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
