F&B Service Operation Specialist - Central Pattana

This role focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service across various restaurant and banquet settings. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction by meeting individual needs and preferences. The position requires maintaining the quality and readiness of kitchen equipment and wares to support smooth daily operations. You will also assist in preparing banquet locations and reporting on service operations to supervisors to improve overall performance.

• Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs and satisfaction
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
• Prepare banquet locations to facilitate effective operations
• Summarize food and beverage service operations in reports for supervisor review
• Perform other assigned responsibilities

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
