F&B Service Operation Specialist - Central Pattana

This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various restaurant and banquet settings. Additionally, you will assist in preparing banquet locations and generating operational reports to help supervisors make informed decisions. • Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
• Prepare banquet locations to facilitate effective operations
• Summarize food and beverage service operations in reports for supervisors
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
• Possess a good personality and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and good manners
• Exhibit strong communication skills
• Be responsible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
