Senior Project Management Specialist - Mart - Lineman Wongnai

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand's leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform. The Mart Business Team focuses on operating end-to-end processes to help small merchants grow through strategic initiatives and special projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Acquisitions, and Marketing teams to strategize and implement merchant growth initiatives. You will execute analytical experiments to measure impacts and prove hypotheses before forming actions. Your expertise will help tackle challenges that impact millions of people as we build Thailand's leading Mart and on-demand commerce platform.

You will be responsible for category performance management and implementation. This involves working with internal and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end processes for both short and long-term growth. You will measure impacts and understand efficiency and effectiveness to drive policy enhancements. The role requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment within a fast-growing industry.

• Manage category performance and implement strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end processes
• Measure impacts and analyze efficiency and effectiveness for policy enhancement
• Execute analytical experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impacts before forming actions

• 3+ years of experience in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong understanding of statistics and data with the ability to apply this in complex business situations
• Proficient in data analysis, specifically using Excel
• Ability to take initiative and drive impacts in a constantly changing work environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage and acquire merchant partners

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of the on-demand delivery or e-commerce industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
