[Summer Internship 2027] CEG Project Management Intern, Technical (Bangkok Based)

This 10-week, full-time summer internship is with Agoda’s Customer Experience Group and Global Service Verticals in Bangkok. The intern will support process development, product and solution implementation, operational analysis, automation, KPI improvement, reporting, and coordination across teams within CEG.

The role requires an undergraduate or higher student who will retain student status through the internship and has working rights in Thailand. Candidates should have strong numerical, analytical, logical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills. SQL knowledge is preferred, programming-language experience is recommended, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, low-code tools, or process improvement is advantageous.

Develop operational flows, conduct process-improvement analysis, automate activities, and implement new product improvements.

Perform data analysis with SQL, Metabase, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau, or build with a low-code/simplified JavaScript tool.

Support testing, launch, implementation, and ongoing improvement of processes, products, and solutions.

Coordinate with CEG teams to achieve milestones, identify risks, and support operational KPI and cost-improvement initiatives.

Present data insights, report regularly, and track outcomes against defined success metrics.

Enrolled in a bachelor's program or higher, with student status maintained through the internship; gap-year students may apply.

Must have working rights in Thailand without visa sponsorship.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment.

Fluent spoken and written English, with strong numerical, analytical, logical, and problem-solving ability.

Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn and adapt.
