[Cooperative Internship 2027] Security Analyst Intern, Security team

Agoda is seeking a Security Analyst Intern for its IT-Security team in Bangkok during a cooperative internship from January to May 2027. The intern will support security operations by using EDR, email security, and network security tools to track and analyze attackers, monitor and triage alerts, examine log data and phishing emails, automate repetitive tasks, maintain security documentation, assist with awareness training, and participate in incident investigations.

Applicants must currently be pursuing a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. The role requires fundamentals of IT security, knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networking, written and spoken English fluency, and enthusiasm to learn cyber defense and IT security. Programming skills, log-analysis experience, cybersecurity exposure, and familiarity with agentic AI coding tools are preferred.

• Use EDR, email security, and network security tools to track, analyze, contain, and identify attackers.
• Monitor first-level security alerts and contribute to triaging security investigations.
• Read and analyze log data to identify suspicious patterns and potential threats.
• Analyze phishing emails and support security incident documentation and investigations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and assist with security awareness training materials.

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
