SPBT: Route Supervisor BKK QDT (B6U)

Suntory Beverage & Food is hiring a Route Supervisor for the Bangkok QDT area (SPBT). The role oversees market activities, leads routine sales planning for the entire portfolio, and sets SMART objectives aligned with MU/Region/Area goals for CR and merchandizer team members. Responsibilities include coverage management, route optimization, merchandising, in-store execution, monitoring delivery accuracy, protecting company assets, and ensuring pricing and promotion adherence at POS.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have 1-5 years of experience leading teams in FMCG or beverages. Strong coaching, training, objection handling, and negotiation skills are required, along with MS Excel proficiency.

Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio

Set SMART objectives for each CR and merchandizer team member aligned with MU/Region/Area goals

Manage coverage including new outlet expansion, route optimization, merchandising and in-store execution

Monitor DA for 100% delivery to customers and protect company assets (AR, equipment, signage) within territory

Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions at POS, and conduct Big 3 (Team meeting, 1 on 1, Work With, Field Work) with CR and BT

Bachelor's Degree required

1-5 years experience in leading FMCG or Beverage teams

Good coaching and training skills

Handling objection and negotiation skills

Good computer literacy especially MS Excel
