SPBT : Route Supervisor (B6U)

Suntory Beverage & Food is hiring a Route Supervisor (B6U) based in Bangkok (10110) to oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning across the full portfolio. The role manages coverage, route optimization, merchandising, and in-store execution, while partnering with ASM and ADC to drive route profitability and sales growth. It also focuses on distributor team performance, POS execution standards, pricing/promotion adherence, and protecting company assets within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will set SMART objectives for CR and merchandizer team members, conduct Big 3 activities (team meetings, 1-on-1s, work-withs, field work), and build strong customer relationships. The position requires physical presence in the field to monitor execution, ensure delivery accuracy, and respond to customer needs.

Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio

Set SMART objectives for each CR and merchandizer team member aligned with MU/Region/Area goals

Manage coverage including new outlet expansion, route optimization, merchandising and in-store execution

Work with ASM and ADC to develop route profitability and sales growth opportunities

Conduct Big 3 activities (team meeting, 1 on 1, work with, field work) with CR and BT
