SPBT : Route Engineer (B5)

Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand (SPBT) is hiring a Route Engineer based in Bangkok to manage distributor digital route-planning processes for Seller, Merchandiser, and Delivery functions using Roadnet Territory Planner and Dynamic Dispatching. The role partners with the Sales team and Distributor on a quarterly basis to enhance route design, delivery optimization, cost efficiency, and route-compliance governance, while supporting the rollout of Delivery Dynamic Dispatching and training distributor logistics teams.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory or team-leadership experience. Experience in route planning, delivery operations, logistics, sales distribution, or distributor management is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, and computer literacy skills. A valid driver's license with own car and willingness to travel upcountry frequently are required.

Execute distributor digital route-planning processes (Seller, Merchandiser, Delivery) using Roadnet Territory Planner and Dynamic Dispatching, partnering with Sales and Distributor quarterly

Enhance distributor route design, delivery optimization, cost efficiency, and route-compliance governance via KPIs such as Seller Strike rate, Jump call, Outlets per route, Outlets per day, Non-buy outlets, and Delivery effectiveness

Act as Distributor customer master data governance owner

Support Delivery Dynamic Dispatching implementation, including program installation, parameter set-up, and delivery-route scenario simulations

Train Distributor logistics teams to operate Dynamic Dispatching independently and provide periodic refresher training

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role

Experience in route planning, delivery operations, logistics, sales distribution, or distributor management is preferred

Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Fair command of written and spoken English; strong computer literacy; valid driver's license with own car; able to travel frequently and stay overnight upcountry
