You will manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate while maintaining accurate records in scheduling systems. The position offers direct exposure to global hiring operations and requires the ability to handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating complex interview loops for both local and international candidates, proactively identifying potential scheduling conflicts before they impact the process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple time zones and cultures. You will act as an independent consultant for candidates, guiding them through their journey while keeping internal teams aligned on timelines and expectations.
