You will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Commercial Finance teams for Agoda, serving as a direct report to the CFO. This strategic role involves partnering with senior leaders across the organization to provide analytical support for critical business decisions. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the company's full P&L while driving growth and operational efficiency. In this leadership position, you will oversee the development of financial strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business economics. You will lead the monthly financial review process and board content creation, integrating financial results with business performance storytelling. Additionally, you will manage internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to ensure financial and operational adherence.
