You will join the Driver Management team, a core function responsible for managing a supply of over 100,000 drivers across the country. This role requires a balance of strategy, operations, analytics, and stakeholder management to drive partner acquisition in all of Grab Thailand. You will lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities and coordinate daily activities with operations, marketing, and city expansion teams. Your day-to-day work involves initiating strategies for online and offline campaigns to maintain a healthy driver supply. You will design efficient incentive programs and operational flows, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute plans. Additionally, you will manage budgets, track costs from initiatives, and identify key performance parameters to create monitoring dashboards for management.
