This role involves conducting initial investigations into cases related to driver misconduct, operational fraud, and internal violations. You will collect and review evidence from CCTV, system data, operational records, and interviews to build a comprehensive understanding of each case. The position requires preparing case summaries, supporting documents, and basic investigation reports while coordinating with Operations, HR, BI, and Legal teams to obtain necessary information. You will also be responsible for escalating suspicious findings and procedural breaches to senior team members and maintaining accurate case documentation. Additionally, you will support fraud prevention initiatives and case tracking activities, as well as assist in maintaining investigation dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and logical thinking skills to join our team. You will need the ability to review CCTV footage, transaction data, and operational logs effectively. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings clearly. Basic proficiency in G-suit and documentation/report writing is required. While a Bachelor's degree in any related field is necessary, we welcome fresh graduates. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the fraud investigation field will be considered an advantage.
