This role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of HR systems by managing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting configuration updates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to align Workday capabilities with business needs. The position requires a balance of operational stability and continuous improvement to support Agoda's global workforce. As a key member of the Global Service Delivery team, you will handle production support, system maintenance, and business process optimization. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. The role involves coordinating testing activities, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. You will also contribute to documentation and knowledge management to support end-user enablement.

This role focuses on maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS system to ensure high accuracy and strict compliance during onboarding processes. The position involves performing change management activities, including user training and the creation of training materials, alongside routine data audits and mass uploads to guarantee data integrity across all HR modules. You will ensure that all HRIS operations adhere to local laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
