This role leads AI-enabled process transformation across Finance Operations, focusing on Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P). You will combine finance process expertise with continuous improvement, task and process mining, and intelligent automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality. The position involves identifying high-value transformation opportunities, translating finance pain points into practical digital solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Engineering, and Technology to deliver sustainable outcomes. You will manage the full transformation pipeline from opportunity identification and business-case development through solution design, pilot, implementation, adoption, and benefit realization. You will lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, assess processes using process mining and data analysis, and identify use cases for GenAI, machine learning, OCR/IDP, RPA, and workflow automation. The role requires developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and pilot plans while evaluating AI tools and automation platforms based on business value, usability, and integration complexity. You will establish appropriate controls for AI-enabled processes, design Finance process-management standards, and define process KPIs and reporting frameworks in partnership with Data and Technology teams.
