Join the winning team now! **Work you’ll do** Our Strategy, Risk and Transactions team in Southeast Asia delivers end-to-end advisory solutions to unlock and preserve value in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, investigations, and disputes. As part of our M&A team, you will bring organizations together through mergers and acquisitions, or create new entities through separations and divestitures, which are among the most complex business activities an organization will ever undertake. Through our end-to-end approach you will help to deliver value throughout the journey, and beyond which can include analyzing financial data, reviewing accounting records, develop financial models, strategic planning, post-merger integration and others.
