Associates manage co-working space services, provide information on True Black Card benefits and special activities, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include overseeing financial transactions, inventory control, system operations, and fraud prevention to protect company interests. The position also involves handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent after-sales support. Shift work is required with a schedule of five days per week.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities within the Away From Home and On-Premise channels. You will develop strategic plans for account acquisition and maintain a 3-5 year pipeline for new business growth. The position involves initiating long-term strategic account imperatives and creating commercial proposals to support the acquisition process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build profitable deals and manage post-mix machine deployment to ensure smooth customer conversion. You will support the Team Leader in annual planning for new business initiatives and work closely with the Legal team to finalize contracts on time. The role requires managing newly acquired accounts for at least six months to ensure PepsiCo meets all commitments made during the pitching phase. You will also oversee the smooth transition of these accounts to Key Account Managers or Key Account Executives.
