Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is hiring a Senior Consultant/Associate for its Bangkok office to join a growing Thailand team delivering strategy-led transformation work across public and private sector clients. Projects sit at the intersection of strategy, operating model, capability building, and execution planning, helping senior leaders make decisions and translate them into practical roadmaps.
The role involves leading or co-leading workstreams, conducting research and analyses, developing client-ready presentations, supporting strategy and operating model design, partnering on business development, and mentoring junior colleagues. Candidates typically need 10+ years since bachelor's or 5+ years since master's degree, with consulting or strategy experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Thai and English.
Lead or co-lead workstreams within client engagements: structuring problems, developing hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven analyses (qualitative and quantitative).
Develop client-ready presentations and memos with crisp storylines, strong logic, and actionable recommendations.
Support design of strategies, operating models, governance, KPI frameworks, capability roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Partner with OW leadership on business development, including proposal drafting, workshop design, and thought leadership.
Typically 10+ years since bachelor's degree or 5+ years since master's degree.
Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation/operating model, corporate development, or advisory/analytics roles.
Experience in strategy-to-implementation contexts is valuable.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills for senior audiences.
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written); eligibility to work in Thailand required.
Sector exposure across financial services, capital markets, industrials/manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, technology/digital, or public sector/SOEs; team leadership and mentoring experience.
