About the position
The Treasury Executive at Hitachi Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. supports the regional treasury function in Bangkok. The role handles foreign exchange transactions, lending and borrowing, cash management, risk management, cash pooling, FX hedging for trading services, and daily cash management, while providing treasury outsourcing services to the Global Treasury Center.
The position liaises with bankers, group companies, auditors, and regulatory authorities, and prepares internal monthly and statutory reports to the Bank of Thailand. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, 1 to 5 years of relevant treasury experience, strong English communication skills, and advanced MS Excel skills; SAP treasury experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Be Involved in handling foreign exchange transactions, lending and borrowing, cash management, risk management and cash pooling.
FX hedging for trading services.
Daily Cash Management.
Treasury Outsourcing Services are provided to Global Treasury Center.
Liaise with bankers, group companies, auditors, and regulatory authorities in execution of job responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
At least 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in treasury function.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good quantitative skills, basic financial modelling, and advanced working knowledge in MS Excel.
Self-directed, hands-on, motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines, targets, and objectives.
Nice to have
Experience in SAP for Treasury Function field would be an advantage.
