Deloitte is seeking a graduate analyst for its Engineering, AI & Data portfolio in Thailand. The role supports project teams applying emerging technologies to help clients use data for actionable insights and business outcomes, while collaborating with consulting teams on practical and visionary client solutions.
The analyst helps design data structures, analytical models, and BI/DW reporting solutions; supports data integration, governance, data quality, MDM, and metadata management; and applies predictive models using tools such as DataRobot, Python, or R. Candidates must be final-year students or recent graduates with up to two years of experience, a relevant degree, programming proficiency, and an understanding of AI and machine learning.
Support project teams in applying emerging technologies to help clients maximize the value of their data and generate actionable business insights.
Design and implement data structures for big data, analytical models, and BI/DW reporting solutions with consulting teams.
Support data integration initiatives involving governance, data quality, MDM, and metadata management.
Apply analytical models to predict business outcomes using tools such as DataRobot and languages such as Python or R.
Recommend BI/DW/analytics processes, governance, organizational and platform models, tool selections, and data integration options.
Final-year student or recent graduate with 0-2 years of work experience.
Strong academic degree or master's degree in computer science, data, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C, or Java.
Good understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Strong analytical, oral, and written English communication skills; self-motivated, methodical, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to work under changing priorities.
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC; knowledge of intelligent automation software or cloud platforms; interest in big data ingestion and transformation pipelines; general Linux/Unix and shell scripting knowledge; interest in current technologies, libraries, and languages; business acumen, teamwork, public speaking, and presentation preparation.
