JLL is hiring a Technician for the Muang Thai Phatra Complex in Bangkok, working on-site at a high-rise commercial property. The role supports building operations and maintenance tasks as part of the JLL facilities management team serving the site's tenants and owner.
Responsibilities include performing technical and mechanical work in a high-rise building environment, following safety procedures, using hand tools and measurement equipment, and operating basic computer applications. Candidates should hold a vocational qualification in electrical or mechanical technology (with at least one year of experience for ปวช. level), have high-rise building experience, be willing to work shifts, and hold a valid building electrician license preferred.
Perform technical and mechanical maintenance tasks in a high-rise building
Apply safety awareness and follow workplace safety procedures
Use hand tools and measurement equipment appropriately
Use basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) for work-related tasks
Work on shifts as required, under pressure, as part of a team
Education in electrical or mechanical technology (ช่างเทคนิคไฟฟ้า or ช่างเทคนิคเครื่องกล); ปวช. holders need at least 1 year of experience
Experience working in high-rise building operations
Basic safety awareness
Ability to use technician tools and measurement devices
Willingness to work shifts; responsible and punctual; team player with good communication; willing to learn
Professional license such as a building electrician license (ใบอนุญาตช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร)
