Kyndryl is hiring a VMO Lead - Engagement Manager to run the Value Management Office for a strategic AI and Agentic transformation portfolio in Bangkok, Thailand. The role leads governance, executive reporting, risk management, and value realization across multiple AI and Agentic projects, while partnering with senior business and technology leaders to shape new opportunities and build business cases.
The position requires extensive experience leading complex transformation programs, PMOs, or VMOs, strong client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation, plus experience building value realization frameworks and executive presentations.
Lead and operate the Value Management Office (VMO) for a portfolio of AI and Agentic initiatives
Drive governance, executive reporting, risk management, and value realization across multiple projects
Facilitate stakeholder reviews to monitor progress, utilization, priorities, and business outcomes
Partner with client stakeholders to identify business challenges and shape AI and Agentic transformation opportunities
Identify, qualify, and develop new AI and Agentic opportunities, building compelling value propositions and executive presentations
Extensive experience leading complex transformation programs, PMOs, VMOs, strategic initiatives, or consulting engagements
Proven success delivering client-facing consulting services and managing senior executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies
Demonstrated ability to identify, shape, and develop new business opportunities and value-based engagements
Exceptional communication, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience leading AI, automation, innovation, or digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments; professional consulting experience within a technology services, systems integration, or management consulting organization; knowledge of portfolio management, value management, and benefits realization methodologies; familiarity with highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or insurance
