About the position
The Application System Analyst is a member of the IT Service Management team at KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank) in Bangkok, supporting enterprise-level application systems and managing incidents. Responsibilities include Tier-2 application support on a 24x7 basis, troubleshooting and resolving tickets, performing handovers from development teams and vendors, and driving major incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field and 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, including background in incident management within an IT managed service environment. Required knowledge includes financial or banking systems, SQL, ITIL/ITSM, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems and respond to trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues, following change control best practices.
Act as Tier-2 of Bank's Application Support and incident management on a 24x7 basis.
Manage major incidents from identification to service restoration and closure, including RCA documentation within SLA.
Coordinate between multiple teams, run blameless postmortems, and drive continuous service improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
3-5 years of relevant professional IT experience.
Background in Incident Management in an IT managed service environment.
SQL command query skill and knowledge.
ITIL or ITSM knowledge, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience in application development and maintenance; financial or banking domain knowledge
