Litigation 3

This Litigation 3 role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited in Bangkok handles prosecution and defense of all case types (excluding hire-purchase and certain bank product cases) across all court levels, including housing and SME debtor cases. The position acts as authorized representative and witness in litigation, provides legal opinions on cases, and coordinates with government agencies to clarify, contest, or request amendments to orders and regulations.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. The role requires strong communication, analytical, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills, plus the ability to work effectively under high pressure. Knowledge of Bank of Thailand regulations and other related regulatory rules is required.

ฟ้องและดำเนินคดีทุกประเภท ทุกชั้นศาลรวมถึงคดีลูกหนี้เคหะ และลูกหนี้ SME ตลอดจนบอกกล่าว ทวงถาม แจ้งความร้องทุกข์ หรือดำเนินการใดๆ ทางกฎหมายตามสิทธิเรียกร้องให้กับธนาคาร กลุ่มธุรกิจ และกองทุนต่างๆ

เป็นผู้รับมอบอำนาจ และพยานในการดำเนินคดี

แก้ต่างในคดีที่ธนาคาร กลุ่มธุรกิจ และกองทุนต่างๆ ถูกฟ้องร้องเป็นจำเลย

ให้ความเห็นทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับคดี

ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อชี้แจง โต้แย้ง หรือขอความเห็นหรือขอให้แก้ไขคำสั่ง กฎระเบียบ

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี - โท นิติศาสตร์

สามารถบริหารจัดการงานได้ดีในสภาวะการทำงานที่มีความกดดันสูง

มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการเขียน และ การนำเสนอ การฟังจับประเด็น

มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านคดี อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

มีทักษะในด้านการวิเคราะห์ การประสานงาน และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
