This role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited is responsible for overseeing and managing outsourced debt collection agencies handling auto finance (hire-purchase) accounts before they become non-performing loans. The position involves visiting outsourced agencies, coordinating with customers and external collectors, providing guidance on overdue installment issues, and ensuring compliance with bank and Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations.
The role also requires preparing daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, participating in team meetings, and answering inquiries from customers, branches, and external collection companies. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of debt collection experience, and at least 3 years of experience managing outsourced collection agencies, with strong knowledge of auto hire-purchase lending.

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้ลูกหนี้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลควบคุมบริษัทติดตามหนี้ภายนอกไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการติดตามทวงถามหนี้ โดยเฉพาะสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อรถยนต์
มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง แก้ปัญหา ประสานงาน
