Sertis seeks a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to drive product quality and own testing strategies across projects. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, running manual and automated testing, and building modern automation frameworks with Pytest, Playwright, and Locust integrated into CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will explore AI-powered QA, apply performance and security testing, and collaborate with developers and AI stakeholders to ensure smooth releases. Candidates must have solid experience in manual and automation testing, an understanding of end-to-end testing, and the ability to build automation frameworks. Strong communication skills in English and Thai are required.
Contribute to strategy by shaping testing and release approaches across projects
Own quality on projects by designing and executing test strategies and acting as a quality gatekeeper
Build test automation by developing and maintaining modern automation frameworks with Pytest, Playwright, and Locust
Explore AI-powered QA by experimenting with AI-assisted tools for test case generation and intelligent regression detection
Strengthen resilience by applying performance, security, and chaos testing practices
Support the team by sharing knowledge and helping onboard junior QAs
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, machine learning engineers, UX/UI teams, and AI stakeholders
Improve continuously by suggesting better tools, frameworks, and practices
Solid experience (3+ years) across manual and automation testing
Good understanding of end-to-end testing, from functional and regression to performance and API validation
Ability to build and extend automation frameworks and willingness to learn how to choose the right tools
Comfort working with system architecture, APIs, and distributed applications
Quality-first mindset with sound judgment on testing and release-readiness
Willingness to support and share knowledge with junior teammates
Strong communication and critical thinking, plus curiosity to look for better ways of working
Strong in English (Speaking and Writing) and Native in Thai
Experience with cloud-native testing and advanced automation practices like contract/property-based testing
Observability and monitoring mindset with Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus
Leadership potential to influence QA culture and drive continuous improvement
