This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, focusing on SAP EWM solutions. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, drive the growth of the SAP business in the region, and be responsible for creating, selling, and delivering SAP Functional and Technical Design, Application & Systems Development, and Business Transformation solutions.
Key duties include engaging clients to analyze process and reporting requirements, designing target state SAP solutions, performing SAP configuration and tests, leading consultant and client teams through implementation cycles, and supporting change management. Candidates need a degree in IT, Business, or related fields, 6-8 years of SAP EWM experience with 4-6 end-to-end implementations and team leading experience, plus strong communication and consulting skills with willingness to travel.
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
Design target state SAP solutions and analyze application landscape for interfaces
Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms/reports/interfaces
Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycle including testing, migration and cutover; support change management and develop training material
Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in SAP EWM
4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP implementations with team leading experience
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
Good communication and presentation skills in English; willingness to travel locally and abroad
SAP S/4 HANA experience; multi-cultural work environment experience; consulting lifestyle
