This role involves providing Application Managed Services (AMS) support, ranging from Level 2 to Level 3, for SAP Analytics Cloud. The consultant will troubleshoot medium to complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Additionally, the role includes leading solution design for enhancements, maintaining documentation, and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives. The position also requires supporting project teams in delivering solutions and contributing to business development efforts.
Render 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated issues by performing in-depth production incident troubleshooting
Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring issues/incidents
Lead discussions on high level solution design for medium to complex level enhancements
Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
At least 4-10 years’ experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP EPM, or Embedded BOC
Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules
Experience with basic technical debugging is an added advantage
Certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, Agile) is an added advantage
Good command of English; ability to speak other languages is an added advantage
Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders
Pro-active and resourceful with the ability to rally team members
Basic technical debugging experience
Certifications in SAP applications, ITIL, or Project Management
Ability to speak languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese
