This role involves providing Level 2 and 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for escalated production incidents, performing troubleshooting, and monitoring fixes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). The position also requires leading discussions on solution design for enhancements, performing effort estimations, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role includes supporting project teams in implementing solutions and contributing to business development efforts. The consultant is expected to lead and coach junior team members and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields. The ideal applicant should possess 3-8 years of experience with SuccessFactors, specifically as a support or implementation team member for the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module. Experience with cloud or on-premise platforms, traditional waterfall and Agile delivery approaches, and basic technical debugging is required. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, proactivity, and the ability to work on a rotation basis to support critical requests after business hours.
Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents and monitor fixes
Identify and perform problem management to reduce recurring issues
Lead discussions on solution design for medium to complex enhancements and perform effort estimations
Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices
Support project teams in delivering solution applications and developing work products
Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presentations
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
3-8 years of experience with SuccessFactors as a support or implementation team member for the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module
Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules
Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms
Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches
Ability to lead discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes
Pro-active and resourceful with the ability to rally team members
Flexibility to work on rotation basis to support critical requests after business hours
Ability to travel to client sites if required
Basic technical debugging experience
