AI Program Manager

This role involves leading and governing strategic enterprise AI transformation programs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and value realization targets. The position requires driving cross-functional collaboration among business units, technology teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption and business transformation. The focus is on maintaining effective governance, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering sustainable business outcomes through rigorous oversight of AI initiatives.

The responsibilities include leading assigned AI projects from the business case through to operational handover and closure. This encompasses managing the entire project lifecycle, establishing program governance frameworks, and partnering with C-level executives to align priorities and resolve critical issues. The role also involves providing leadership to cross-functional delivery teams and managing strategic relationships with technology vendors and consulting firms to ensure delivery excellence.

• Lead assigned AI projects from business case, requirements, and solution roadmap through build, testing, rollout, adoption, operational handover, and closure.
• Establish and oversee program governance frameworks covering prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, and control functions to align priorities and secure decisions for AI transformation programs.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, project managers, vendors, and technology partners to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, consulting firms, and AI partners to ensure delivery excellence and knowledge transfer.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, technology delivery, or business transformation.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in leadership roles managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong track record of managing executive stakeholders, vendors, and multi-functional delivery teams.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, digital services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
